While not touching on any technical or specialised areas, the register of "Bienvenue en France" is particularly suitable for business, professional or academic learners, and the videos also offer the option of open learning arrangements. "Bienvenue en France" comprises 26 filmed lesson units offered on two 3-hour video-cassettes, and two student's books, in which the filmed lessons are expanded with grammar and cultural explanations and exercises.
